Improvement group award

The Improvement Group aims to provide employees with another channel of communication and exposure of ideas.

Employees mapped out solutions, difficulties and opportunities at each stage of the processes in the factory, using the knowledge of those who carry out the operation, resulting in even greater excellence in the processes and quality of the BBS cylinder.

As a way of recognizing the effort and results obtained, the participants and representatives of the biggest improvements were awarded.
